My advisory work focuses on supporting organisations and leaders as they navigate complex decisions at the intersection of health systems, technology, and partnerships.

I have contributed to and advised on initiatives involving health system strengthening, digital platforms, and multi-stakeholder partnerships, particularly in contexts where scale, sustainability, and public-sector integration are critical. These engagements are centred on strategy, governance, and alignment—helping institutions clarify direction, manage risk, and structure partnerships that can endure over time.

Rather than execution, my role is to support upstream decision-making: assessing feasibility, identifying trade-offs, and ensuring that system-level choices are grounded in context and long-term outcomes.
