How to train your brain to be more productive and healthier

Now more than ever before, we have more tasks to juggle on our hands, right? (I’m raising my hand).
But did you know being busy and multitasking can actually reduce your productivity and negatively affect your brain’s health? Absolutely! Studies show that our minds are not as good at coping with various tasks at the same time as we like to assume they are.
Specifically, multitasking can potentially reduce your productivity by as much as 40 percent. Pretty serious stuff.
If you’re like me and want your brain to stay healthy, today’s episode is a must watch. Because let’s face it, it seems like multitasking is a smart way to get a lot done at once. But what we’re really doing is rapidly moving our focus and concentration from one task to another.
That’s why it’s vital to have a simple productivity framework to not only have better clarity on the things that we’re working on, but also make our brains more effective and efficient.
I’d love to know, once you’ve had a chance to watch:
What’s ONE specific way that you can be more productive on a consistent basis?
What positive impact does that create for you and those around you?
And — what would change if you implemented that “way” to be more productive right away?
These are very powerful questions to ask yourself and to answer in writing. It’s inadequate to just “Think about it”. So be bold and, in the comments below, leave your response.
Feel free to share as much detail as possible. Maybe your comment is exactly what someone else needs to make a change in their lives.
In this life, you have wonderful things to learn and accomplish. And to make all of that happen, a sound, strong brain is important.
With so much appreciation, I thank you for reading, watching and sharing.
